OLENs BTS DNA Contact Review [Destiny Pink]

For anyone who's a BTS fan, you might have seen or heard about this collaboration with OLENs Global and I'm super excited to show you some of their lenses form the collection!

I really wanted to try out the BTS Destiny line because the color seemed so vibrant and playful (plus it was close to Valentine's day at the time and I HAD to try the pink lenses) and the packaging itself was so eye-catching.
The pop art look to them was very inspiring!

Olens has a range of beautiful natural colors so I was really interested to see how their take on a "creative" color lens would go and how it would show up on dark eyes.

Bonus is that each box came with a random photo card surprise!

Pink was the first one I had to try out so if you're interested in seeing the lens up close and reading more details about the line, hit the jump!

Olens does a great job with having a large variety of designs, colors and durations. I think I've mentioned in the past my love for daily lenses since I don't have to put in as much "care" into keeping track of them and usually daily lenses are more comfortable.

I feel no difference in comfortability with any of the different durations!

The majority of the lens is a light pink with the iris being surrounded by a golden honey color to help blend!

It's always so interesting to see the texture of the design and how it translates on the eye!

This was one of my many Valentine's day looks so forgive the crazy hair and pink makeup, haha.

Color
One of the more "creative" colors I've seen Olens do! If you're looking for cosplay brightness, this lens might fall short just a little bit. I think this is a nice mesh of fantasy meets realism. You can definitely see that the eyes are pink but they don't give that "anime" feel that I think some people might be looking for in a pink lens. Pink is my favorite color so I might be a little biased, but I do think that this color is super cute on dark eyes!

Design
The design looks really nice in the eye but it definitely isn't as "blended" as other lenses but I don't think it was meant to be. I think this lens was designed to stand out and not look as "real" or "natural" as other lenses and colors. The color and design was very deliberate.

Size
As I mentioned in the color section, these lenses are a mix of fantasy and realism which I think helps a lot if you're going for more of a "character becomes real" look. The size of the design fits the natural eye perfectly so you don't have an animated look, but instead a more realistic bubbly look.

Comfort
I might as well never change what I put here because I've yet to meet an OLENs contact that wasn't super comfortable.
