Scandi's original three shades Olive, Gray and Hazel all come in Daily lenses and Monthly.
Originally I had skipped on hazel because I was a huge fan of Olens' Russian Gold dailies and had already purchased a new pack of them.
I'm actually super glad that I had the opportunity to try out the Hazels though!
Hazel and brown lenses are a really nice color to have on hand when you want lighter looking eyes without COMPLETELY changing your eye color and look.
Some people might think "why would you wear brown contacts on brown eyes?" but if you click the jump, you'll see why you definitely want to get your hands on some!

Compared to the Russian Velvet Gold's, the design of scandi is a bit smaller because it relies on the gradual tones in the lens to blend into the eye. RVG covers the edge of the iris so there isn't a "gimbal ring" faux or not. I'd rate the brightness of Scandi Hazel and Russian Velvet Gold as about the same but Scandi has a little bit more depth to the colors where I feel like RVG is a little bit more "one-tone"
Even though these are hazel lenses, they still bring such a brightness to the eyes and you can see a distinct difference without it being "over the top"!
I love seeing "before-and-after" images or comparison ones because it really shows any little (or big) change~
(This is probably the most centered lens picture I've gotten in my eye. I blink a lot because my eyes are on the drier side and then I also always have to put in eye drops so often. LOL)
Color
On the scale of brightness, I'd put Hazels lenses above Olive by just a tad. They show up a little lighter then hazel but still look very natural. They blend into the natural eye really well while still giving you a "light colored eye" look.
Design
I know that all the lenses have a similar/same design but the Hazel ones really do blend into the eye so well because of the gradual transition of color.
Size
Perfect size for every day use!
Comfort
I'm pretty sure you all are tired of me saying this but, they're super comfortable! The fact that they come in daily and monthly lenses also is a huge plus because I feel like the convince of the daily ones adds to the comfort without having to lose out on the design.
