ColEyes Contact Review [No Makeup Wednesday Grey]

I honestly didn't expect to like the "no makeup Wednesday" lenses as much as I did!
When I saw them floating in their little containers I wasn't impressed by the design I saw but I was pleasantly surprised with how they were brought to life on dark eyes!
Out of the lenses I've tried from Coleyes so far, this line of lens has been my favorite! Both the blue and grey lens have been ones that I've worn a couple times now.

They really shine on dark eyes and I don't even think the pictures do them justice.

I don't think you'd get quite the same effect on lighter eyes because I think they need the dark base of brown eyes to define the details.

I love the definition in the design!
This is the type of lens that is noticeable but not overtly costume-y. The colors are opaque enough that they'd show up in pictures even from a little bit of distance and would be perfect for makeup looks or cosplay without being cartoon-ish.

Color
Out of the tone scale for grey lenses, I'd put this as a medium grey. Not super light and bright but also not a dark grey lenses. The color shows up really well and looks amazing in pictures while not giving "cartoon eye"s, haha.

Design
The design of this lens is really lovely. Up close, the design really does mimic a natural eye and it adds a lot of cool texture.

Size
Average size of lenses without enlarging too much! It's listed as 14.2mm and the design is 13.7mm ~
(Also, I knew that lenses ranged in sizes but I didn't know they went smaller then 14.0mm! I think 13.8 mm is the smallest size of lens but even that to me is mind blowing. Obviously I'm familiar with enlarging contacts and scleras so naturally the sizes can go up but here I am learning new things.)

Comfort
Very comfortable! The lens itself is thin and breathable and my eyes never felt dry with them in.
